Kieran Atherton

Owner/contractor

Kieran is the founder of AVI Property Services and has worked within the construction industry since the age of 16. With a background in site joinery, roofing and property repairs, he combines practical experience with a strong focus on quality, reliability and customer service.

He oversees each project from the initial inspection through to completion, ensuring work is properly planned, clearly communicated and finished to a high standard. Kieran is also known for being slightly obsessed with neat finishes, straight rooflines and finding the source of a leak before it becomes everyone else’s problem.

When he is not on site or running the business, he is usually spending time with his family, working on the next stage of AVI or checking the weather forecast far more often than any normal person should.

Hannah Lawton

Operations/Admin

Hannah keeps the day-to-day running of AVI Property Services organised, efficient and moving in the right direction. From managing enquiries and scheduling projects to handling paperwork, invoices, materials and customer communication, she makes sure everything behind the scenes is taken care of.

Her role is essential in ensuring clients receive clear updates, appointments stay on track and every project is properly coordinated from the initial enquiry through to completion.

When she is not answering calls, organising the diary or chasing Kieran for missing paperwork, Hannah is usually finding a quicker and better way of doing something.

Professional, approachable and highly organised, she helps give AVI its personal, family-run feel while maintaining the standards expected from a dependable contractor.
